As the "The Belt and Road" strategic goals of China steadily move on,strengthening technological cooperation has become the common aspiration andexpectation of countries along "The Belt and Road Initiative ". Especially in2015, President Xi Jinping at the Series Summit of UN promised to supportdeveloping countries in 100 maternal and children health care project andconstruction of 100 hospitals and clinics the next 5 years.

The first "Maternal and children health care project of  China--Pediatric Appropriate Technology for Cambodia in 2016 performed by Hunan Children's Hospital on the 7th December. The National Pediatric Hospital Cambodia as the training base will carryout training program involved Basic Life Support and Advanced Life Support, specifically in the field of Neonatal Resuscitation, Tracheal Intubation, Pediatric Common DiseaseManagement , and etc.
